Kitchen Move-In/Out Cleaning

• Appliances: Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the fridge, oven, and microwave.

• Stovetop: Scrub above and below the stovetop and wipe down the exterior of the dishwasher.

• Cabinetry: Dust and wipe the exterior of all cabinets and perform a deep clean of the cabinet interiors.

• Surfaces: Scrub countertops, sinks, and wipe down window tracks, sills, and blinds.

• Floors & Trash: Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors, empty trash, and wipe down the trashcan exterior.

• Details: Sanitize all handles, light switches, door knobs, door frames, and remove cobwebs.

Bathroom Move-In/Out Cleaning

• Sanitization: Complete scrub and sanitization of the toilet, tub, shower, and sink.

• Cabinetry: Wipe the inside and outside of all cabinets and shelves.

• Surfaces: Wipe down countertops, mirrors, baseboards, and all glass surfaces.

• Touchpoints: Clean handles, light switches, door knobs, and door frames.

• Floors: Detailed sweep, vacuum, and mop.

Living Spaces & Bedrooms

• Floor Care: Detailed sweep, vacuum, and mop of all hard floors and carpeted areas.

• Dusting: Comprehensive dusting of all surfaces, including shelves, tables, and furniture.

• Windows: Clean all glass surfaces, window tracks, sills, and perform a quick dust of blinds.

• Detailing: Remove all cobwebs and wipe down baseboards, door frames, and light switches.

• Cabinetry: Wipe out the interior of any built-in cabinets or closets.

What is Not Included?

To ensure clear expectations, please note that our standard move-in/out clean typically does not include:

• Carpet shampooing or heavy-duty stain removal.

• Heavy-duty hauling or junk removal.

• Outdoor cleaning (porches, garages, etc.) unless requested as an add-on.

• Wall washing or painting services.
